Delivery Information

Deliveries to Units, Apartments, and Gated Properties:

To ensure a smooth delivery, recipients of orders being delivered to units, apartments, or gated properties must provide a valid contact phone number.

Unsuccessful Delivery Policy:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the time of delivery or that a suitable, weather-protected location is available for the flowers to be left safely.

If the recipient is not home and the courier is unable to gain access due to security gates, pets, or other obstacles, the flowers will be returned to our store. An "Attempted Delivery" notice will be left, notifying the recipient to collect their flowers. Customers may request a re-delivery, which will incur an additional fee.

If no one is home and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, they will be returned to our store as per the above.

Incorrect Address Policy:
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery to the correct address.

Deliveries Containing Alcohol

In accordance with liquor licensing regulations, alcohol may only be purchased in conjunction with a flower arrangement and cannot be sold separately.

Orders containing alcohol cannot be left unattended if no one is available at the time of delivery. Alcohol also cannot be left with anyone under 18 years of age.

J'adore Flowers and Gifts and our couriers reserve the right to request valid photo identification to confirm the recipient is at least 18 years old. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's unavailability or age verification issues, the order will be returned to our store and we can arrange a re-delivery - fee will apply or you can collect from our store.

Delivery Exclusions

Please note that we do not deliver to the Tablelands.

Cyclone & Heavy Rain Policy

From November to April, deliveries may be affected due to severe weather:

• Safety First: The safety of our staff and couriers is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe, we will contact you to arrange alternative arrangements.
• Flooding: Deliveries will not proceed through flood-affected areas.
• Delays: We cannot guarantee same-day delivery but will keep you updated.
• Substitutions: Cyclonic conditions may disrupt freight services, which can result in substitutions of certain flowers. Any substitutions will be made at the florist’s discretion and will be of equal value.
