Wondering how to make sure your flowers arrive on time and looking their best?

At J'adore Flowers & Gifts in Cairns, we take delivery just as seriously as the flowers themselves.

We offer same-day delivery across Cairns, Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 12:30pm.

Regional deliveries are also available: Ravenshoe and Millstream every Wednesday and Friday (cut-off 2pm the day prior) and Innisfail on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, we also provide overseas delivery. Extra charges may apply for multiple items. Please note: we do not deliver to the Tablelands.

For units, apartments, or gated premises, a valid contact phone number must be provided so our courier can gain access without delay.

Delivery information

Unsuccessful Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the time of delivery or that a suitable, weather-protected location is available for the flowers to be left safely.

If the recipient is not home and the courier is unable to gain access due to security gates, pets, or other obstacles, the flowers will be returned to our store. An "Attempted Delivery" notice will be left, notifying the recipient to collect their flowers. Customers may request a re-delivery, which will incur an additional fee.

If no one is home and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, they will be returned to our store as per the above.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery to the correct address.

Deliveries Containing Alcohol

In accordance with liquor licensing regulations, alcohol may only be purchased in conjunction with a flower arrangement and cannot be sold separately. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left unattended if no one is available at the time of delivery. Alcohol also cannot be left with anyone under 18 years of age.

J'adore Flowers and Gifts and our couriers reserve the right to request valid photo identification to confirm the recipient is at least 18 years old. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's unavailability or age verification issues, the order will be returned to our store and we can arrange a re-delivery. A fee will apply or you can collect from our store.

Severe Weather Policy (Cyclone & Heavy Rain)

From November to April, deliveries may be delayed or adjusted due to extreme weather.

• We prioritise staff and courier safety.
• We will not deliver through flood-affected areas.
• Same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed during weather events.
• Freight disruptions may result in flower substitutions of equal value. Any substitutions will be made at the florist's discretion.
